Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return
By Mail
Contact our support team at support@hautefitt.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and mailing instructions.
In-Store
You may also return items in person. Bring the item and proof of purchase to our store for assistance.
Return Fees
We do not charge return fees, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
